SGR delivered an independent statewide bonding study which determined New Mexicans could be left covering $8 billion dollars in clean-up costs, now she's increasing bonding requirements to protect our bottom line.

SGR championed stronger methane rules and guaranteed that the Land Office could legally collect revenue off methane for the first time.

SGR established the first enforcement & remediation program at the Land Office and has successfully plugged over 100 wells and saved taxpayers millions in cleanup costs.
